I’m Charlie Anderson. I started this little marketing business as a sophomore in high school, and it’s been quite the few adventures since — a real team, real systems, a short client list on purpose, and work that’s taken us around the world.
Where this is going: a firm known for one thing — systems that pay for themselves. Plain and simple: your business makes more money than it pays me, or I haven’t done my job.

Gym every day — boxing, climbing, skiing when there’s snow. I’m not the guy who sits behind a screen all day; I like being outside, competing, and hanging out with good people. Point is: I’m a normal guy you’ll actually enjoy working with — who happens to be serious about what he does.

I run point on strategy, paid ads, and the funnel. Micah and Thomas cover the ground I don’t — so between us there’s no hand-off chain, no account manager, no intern. And when a build needs more — video editing, videography — I bring in people I trust, only for as long as the work needs them.

Everything I do runs on one principle: quality. The training, the travel, the client work — if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing properly. A $25 gig worker gets paid the second the task is marked complete, whether it worked or not. I get paid when it works — when your numbers move.
